About us
RRD Rohstoff Recycling Dortmund GmbH was established in Hardenberghafen in 2001 with the aim of offering customers in Germany and abroad, as well as customers in our own Ggroup consumers an even more extensive range of products. Apart from the classic area of scrap trading, we also process large-volume scrap from heavy industry, as well as from iron and steel mills. Our production and processing facilities fulfill the latest environmental specifications, thus providing our suppliers and customers with the requisite levels of reliability and security.
With a storage capacity of 70,000 tonnes, the Hardenberghafen location also offers some interesting shipping options and can be easily reached by water, road and rail.
Apart from plants associated with the Georgsmarienhütte Group of Companies, RRD primarily supplies the Group’s steel mills, forges and metalworking shops, but also other customers in the main sales markets of Germany and Europe.
